Ben goes to get the milk from a neighbor. At Ben's at the castle of St Cirgues de Malbert, Cantal, juillet 2022. Ben swaps a pot of honey for a pot of raw milk from a cow breeder. The latter's farm is emblematic of mountain agriculture: few cattle, mulching, claw milking, stable with old beams covered with a curtain of cobwebs. An old model which now serves as a counter-model to positivist agriculture.
